The Domaine des Etangs, the largest 5-star resort in mainland France, extends over 1,000 hectares of unspoilt countryside, divided between forests, pastures and ponds in the Charente region.
Following the intervention of interior designer Isabelle Stanislas in 2015, as part of the renovation of the Château, rooms and suites in preparation for the opening of the hotel establishment… The Domaine needed a digital identity and an appropriate communications strategy.
Design and development of a multilingual, responsive website with a mobile-first approach to meet the challenges of mobility.
Integration of an Engine Booking to manage bookings, integration of a GDPR Compliance newsletter subscription module, integration of a Push Notifications module to disseminate information, news and offers in real time and provoke a retargeting effect towards the website.
UX / UI carefully designed to provide an immersive user experience and facilitate user interaction via an ergonomic and visual interface.

Creation of an online shop to sell gift vouchers directly from the establishment’s website, without any intermediaries or external solutions.
